Design Process

Design & quotation, we collaborate closely with you to determine the ideal size and layout for your project. 

Before proceeding, a preliminary check is conducted to assess local council requirements. We then guide you through our quotation to ensure complete clarity.

Sign Up

Our user-friendly quotes simplifies the review of specifications and the selection of any desired upgrades. When you’re ready, simply let us know!

Council Consent

Council consent provided. Finalising plans & gaining consent – Our proficient architect prepares your plans and submits them for council approval. 

We work alongside you to collect all necessary paperwork and reports. At this stage, you’ll also make your colour choices.

The Entire Build Process

Your new home begins its journey in our workshop! 

Construction typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on its size.

Progress Updates & Payments

At each invoice stage, you receive photo updates, providing insight into the progress of your home’s construction. 

We also welcome you to visit your build during this period to get a firsthand feel for the process. As your building nears completion, we will confirm your expected delivery date.

Delivery

Our on-site team arrives at your property with the transport vehicle, facilitating the landing and connection of your home to its foundations. 

Our efficient crane lifting system ensures a swift and trouble-free process.
